Hello all ,

I have a user that looks in the Queue for incoming support requests. The
user can assign the email to another user but that is all. Can someone let me
know what types of permissions the user needs to assign that email to a case
and delete the email from the Queue. Thank you.

They will need to be able to create a case, append/append to cases, and
ability to delete emails from their Business Unit.
