Hello,

in our CRM version 4 we assign a queue to a task. This queue is
assigned to a contact. This contact has a account as parent customer.

In the activities view, we want to display a link to this account
(parent customer). Is this possible?

I could create a view based on field in the account, but I do not see
a way to display it in the list.

Yes, you should be able to do this easily - Select Record Type = 'Regarding
(Contact)' from the drop-down in the customization page and select 'Parent
Customer', adding it to the Activity form.
