Hello,
in our CRM version 4 we assign a queue to a task. This queue is
assigned to a contact. This contact has a account as parent customer.
In the activities view, we want to display a link to this account
(parent customer). Is this possible?
I could create a view based on field in the account, but I do not see
a way to display it in the list.
