Hi,
On one of our installs, we are having an issue with opening the deployment
manager to apply liscences.
I have made the CRM Security service dependent on the SQL service but still
doesn't want to open.
ERROR MSG: Snap-in Failed to Initialise, MMC error.
Any help would be muchly appreciated.

Thanks,
Nathan

Did you first go into the web client to assign a license to your admin user?

Hey Matt thanks for the reply.
Yeah I have given a liscence and all roles to the 'CRMadmin' user.
Any other ideas....

And, just to be sure, you are using that same user when trying to get into
Deployment Manager? Have you verified all the services are running ?
