Would appreciate any insight on how to delete a customized
report I saved to the Enterprise Folders.

TIA - Curtis

Its easy :-)...okay it is but there is a catch

you need a utility from Microsoft which allows you to delete the report or
even republish the reports. You need to log a support incident with MBS. Are
you able to do this?

Hi John.
If I try to insert a "new support request", credit card data fields are
mandatory.
But I don't what to pay for this tool.
Am I following the correct procedure ?
Sebastiano

Hello Sebastiano

Right now the only way to get this tool is to get it from MBS support. I
would try contact them first to ask if you raise an incident will it get
refunded. Note i also had to sign and send an agreement to get this tool so
you definately need to be speaking to MBS about it. At least once you get it
its a very straightforward tool to use.

Hi John - Thank you (and I have a grin on my face also)...
now why didn't I realize that it would take a support
incident to gain this information? Everthing else has :-)
I'm good to go.. thank you.

The tool that John is referring to is available from CRM
Support, but only to CRM Partners after signing a license
agreement. So, if you are working with a CRM Partner
today, you will want to work with that Partner as they
assist with the deleting, or adding, of custom reports.

I hope that helps with this situation.
