All,

We have a CRM test environment that we would like to get rid of all the test
data and configuration with out re-installing the application. This way we
would have a clean test environment to configure for our test pilot. Any
suggestion would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Jamal

You could just
A) Create a fresh install
B) Copy your production schema back over to test
C) Reapply any special codes.

--or--
Write some manual rules and delete the data manually.

Hi Jamal,

Thanks for posting in. As an FYI for the future, immediately after
installing CRM, make backups of the blank databases. Then, once testing is
complete, restore the blank databases.
I know that is too late for this instance but keep it in your back pocket
for the next time.

Regards,
Mike
