All of a sudden Domain Users can't print Crystal reports or go offline in SFO.

If I log into CRM with a Domain Admin account, Crystal works fine. But if
the account has less than domain admin privileges, Crystal won't work.

CRM has been working fine up until now.

If anybody has had experience with this problem please let me know.

Thanks in advance.

Have you restarted the CRM Security service and the Crystal services?

If not, give that a try. Assuming that nothing has been deleted / removed
from AD that will likely do it.

Steve,

Thanks for responding. I tried rebooting the entire CRM server and that
didn't seem to help.

I have new information regarding the problem. It seems that new users added
to CRM in the same role as all older user accounts work fine. But older user
accounts no longer work, although they were working fine the day before
Thanksgiving.

In fact user accounts setup this morning are not working, while user
accounts setup this afternoon work fine.

Thanks!
Mike

I just wanted to say that my problem was solved by MS tech support. I called
in an incident and the problem turned out to be a known issue when running DC
on a Windows 2000 server and CRM on a Windows 2003 server. There is a hotfix
for this problem that can be obtained from tech support.

Once the hotfix was installed the problem went away.
