Hi,

Is it possible to customise the toolbars in MSCRM, for example, add some
text to the "Save and Close" button similar to the "Save" button. Another
requirement is to add a button for the "Assign..." function from the Actions
menu onto the Case toolbar.

I suspect that neither of these can be achieved at the moment but I live in
hope!

Thanks,

Damien.

You can find that some of the changes you need to make may be achieved by
modifiying parts of the source to crm which can be found on the crm web
server. Its not the complete source of course but a number of the scripts
found etc can be used. I would not recommend making such changes as in doing
so you lose any support from microsoft . Also if you are not 100 percent
confident in making such changes you should avoid doing it in case any
change you make affects the system in ways you had not taken into
consideration.

If after all this you decide to give it a go anyway make sure you fully
document any changes you make so you can undo them at a later date.
