open the report in crystal designer and go to database - set datasource
location and make sure the report is using SSO as its location and not the
server name

also what OS is the domain controller and your crm web server using?

You have already answer this to another post about Crystal report problem,
so i have already check this

The Datasource location is SSO!
My OS are Windows XP sp2 for computer, windows 2003 for server and my domain
use windows 2003 Server from an NT 4 migration

Today, we have only windwos 2003 server and Active Directory is in 2003
native mode !

Thanks for your help

There is a hotfix needed that will prevent the parameters from being
requested again. Search Microsoft for "Microsoft Business Solutions
CRM v1.2 Reports Update: 834913"
