Hello--

Has anyone had a problem running reports in CRM 1.2 that results in an error
saying "Information is needed before this report can be processed" whenever
a user tries to open a report? I am the only user at the company that can
load the reports. We have even tested me and another user on the same PC.
I have a feeling that the problem is with the Crystal Report Viewer activex
control. I don't think it is an authentication issue because one of the
users that is having trouble is one of the CRM system administrators.

Any ideas?

Thanks!
Paul

Yep, I've encountered the same issue. Have you
discovered a resolution?

Yes. I found it at the end of the day yesterday. All of my users need to
be in the Local Administrators group on the CRM Server in order to open
reports. I don't think it is a database rights issue--I think it is more of
a folder/file access issue.
