Does anyone know of a way to create checkboxes using CRM?
I have clients who practice law in many different fields
and I want to create a Lead form that would allow me to
check off all that are applicable. A pulldown list is
impossible due to the mathematical combinations that
could exist.

Well, why not use a Boolean field? Thats logically the same as a
checkbox.......

If you mean multi-select picklist, this is not a feature of CRM in current
version. There are ISV add-ins that can do it, such a Powertrak Core from
www.axonom.com, or you can wait until a later version of CRM
