SFO CRM Contacts mapping fields

We made some changes to the Account and Contact Form in CRM.
For the country Field we made a new Field as a Picklist.

When we create a new CRM Contact (With the Button in SFO) now the filled
country Field were not synchronized with CRM. This is because we don't have
mapped the two fields (Outlook.country --> CRM.countrypicklist).
Does anybody now were i can map this like in the Deployment manager?
