CRM3 is a great 'all-rounder'. Are there templates for industry-specific
customisations? For example, a Professional Services Company?

I'm assuming you haven't had an answer to this question. I'm dealing with the
same issue. The product, opportunity, quote, invoicing process is built for a
hard products business, not professional services.

Let me know if you did receive any feedback.

Thanks

No, I've had no response. You are quite right re 'hard products' versus
'prof services'. The whole product is so nearly there, but I cannot easily
see how to configure it to fit. The process we need for our management
consultancy is something like: service category, prospect-proposal, proposed
days x fee-rate, then contract, actual days x fee-rate, then either
milestones or monthly invoices. But it takes more configuring than I can
do.......

Thank you for your support!
Robin.

Would love this one to be answered. I've been configuring / cusomizing for
a few weeks now. Seems to me that this should / could have been easier than
I have made it.
