Hi Guys,

Just a small question. Just wondering if there is a way to complete an
appointment in outlook. Basically, when an appointment in outlook is
synchronised to CRM, CRM will leave the status of the appointment set to
scheduled. It would be nice to stay in outlook at a high level and be able to
complete the appointment without having to dive into the CRM appointment
record.

Sorry for being one of those fussy users ;-)

Kind regards,
Ben F.

Ben,

The MSCRM provides a rich set of web services which is great because you
write a outlook add-in to do whatever you want with CRM. I'm writing my own
link to outlook simply because I had no need for exchange.
