On my notebook, I went offline, and found none of the Contacts are there -
and now, I am connected back to the LAN, and it is saying that the CRM Server
is unavailable, and will not go back online? Any help would be appreciated.

Can you access CRM via Internet Explorer?
Make sure you logon the domain, and the network connection is working.

Also, try to reboot your laptop.

Hi Jim,

I rebooted the CRM Server, and it seems to be OK now. However, another
issue - on my notebook, when I click "Go Offline", it runs through a sync,
and goes offline, but none of the Contacts are there.

We have multiple offline users of CRM and all experience this problem at
various times. Mostly it occurs when your notebook hibernates or sleeps.
We found restarting the computer always fixes this.

With regard to having no contacts CRM out of the box has a setting that
offline users will only take the accounts/contacts that belong to them. You
may find that you have to set them as your accounts or change the setting to
take all files.

In addition to other problems, I now have this issue as well. I went offline
with a CRM, and all went well. But now, even after rebooting, cannot go back
online. I can access CRM via the web, but keep getting "Microsoft CRM cannot
go online. The Microsoft CRM server was not found."

One of my users has the same problem. Any fix to this?
