Is there any way to change the Resolution field when you close a case to a
dropdown box?
I know that you can change the exisiting 'Problem Solved' box but this is
not the field that all the resolution reports are based upon and to make them
accurate we are reliant on the support guys entering exactly the right
phrases. I'd like to change it to a dropdown with about 5 resolution methods
but can't work out how to do it!
Any ideas much appreciated
