Cannot install crystal enhancement for CRM 1.2

After running MFR release of CRM 1.0, then installing the
Developer release of CRM 1.2, I attempted to install
crystal reports enhancements from 1.2, and got the
following error message: "Setup has detected that you
have Crystal Reports 9.2.0. You must first upgrade to
Crystal 9.2.2 to continue with this setup."
This issue is discussed in the Business Objects KB
(MSCRM MS CRM CREE INSTALLATION ERROR CRYSTAL REPORTS
ENHANCEMENT CD), and the solution presented is to
uninstall Crystal Reports 1.2.0, then install 1.2.2.
However, Crystal reports does not show up in Add/Remove
Programs, and does not appear to be installed at all. I
never installed the crystal enhancement for 1.0 (never
even got CRM 1.0 to work), and there's no Crystal Reports
folder in my program files directory. There is a crystal
decisions folder in the MSCRM directory, but I can't find
an uninstall package there (and I'm not sure if
uninstalling Crystal Decisions would do anything to fix
this, anyway). Has anyone run into this?

Dave,

You don't install the enhancement CD on the CRM Server. It is designed to be
installed on a client machine that already has the Crystal Designer installed on
it. In the case of CRM v1.2, it requires Crystal v9.2.2.
