Queues do not have the same security flexibility as the rest of the entities
in CRM. Either you see all queues or none. Security is enforced in the items
within the queue, but not the queue itself. One of our customers will be
having a big number of queues and it would be good if each user could only
see the queues in his/her business unit, rather than the whole list.
