We are experiencing "disapearing" Direct e-mail buttons. The current "fix" is
to restart the CRMBulkEmailService. The features are re-enabled after that.

Is anyone seeing this too? Any clues as to what the underlying issue is?

The system log has this event logged which may be relevant:

A worker process with process id of '4396' serving application pool
'ReportServer' has requested a recycle because the worker process reached its
allowed processing time limit.
