Broker Implementation

Hi All,

Would you please let me know how I can insert brokers in MS-CRM sales
process? Actually I want to define broker for each account I have and then
have its contacts.

Sounds like you want to store network type relationships. This isn't supported
in the current release. There are a few ISV products that will heolp with this
though.

What type of brokers are you working with? Securities, commodities, real
estate, automobile, etc.???? Defining the type will help you immensely.

Also, how exactly do you want to insert them? As dealers (those who sell
your products for you), as vendors, etc.

I have done Real Estate brokers, but none of the others before...

We are a Micorsoft OS platform and application shop. For years we have used
non Microsoft real estate contact management databases. Most of them
integrate poorly with Exchange, Outlook, and other MS products, etc. We have
purchased CRM. yeah!

I searched the Microsoft website for white papers and other info on using
CRM in a real estate sales environment, but I didn't find any info. I'd
rather not reinvent the wheel. Does anyone have any suggestions for
customization, use, etc for a real estate business?
