Hi, We're trying to implement MSCRM for a bank, they nhave remote branches
that need to connect to the app server in teh main bldg. their existing
connections are 19.2, we asked that they be upgraded to 64 as what we're read
in some posts. but we noticed tbhat on the testing the response time was
around 1 minute.., it takes an average of 1 minute to load CRM initially and
at least 30 seconds to load forms/records.. is this expected? is there a way
we cam improve response time?
