Has anyone purchased any of their add-on modules
for CRM?

Have you used their toolkit and is it worth the money?

Apologies for my earlier somewhat curt response!

Yes, I am using the Axonom toolkit, as well as their Event Management and
Committee Management modules

The Powertrak toolkit is powerful:- it allows you to build onto MS CRM a
very wide range of additional functionality and interface features that is
not in Microsoft CRM itself - without needing to be a .NET developer. Eg
entirely new entities (additional tables in the SQL server) , and user
interface features - multi select pick lists, new side tabs ( nav bars) etc
etc. The toolkit was recently fully certified by Microsoft

I am in the middle stages of a 220 seat implementation using these tools,
and I personally recommend them. My company is a MBS CRM Partner, and we
would simply not have been able to meet the client's very specific
requirements (or win the contract against non-Microsoft competition) without
these products. I deduce that it must be worth the money, since the combined
costs of MSCRM licences, Powertrak licences and our consultancy time beat
the opposition (Pivotal) on both price and fit with requirements

Note that you will need to undertake 3 or 4 day training course before you
are proficient with the toolkit

HTH

Peter
