1. Yes there is a way to auto track emails in 3.0. You can have all email
automatically tracked or depending on email containing a microsoft crm token
Microsoft CRM Menu >> Option > General > [Select the e0mail messages to
track in Microsoft CRM]
2. There is no "out of box" support to auto create a case from an incoming
email. Take a look at c360 solutions on email to case.
