When pressing the "Track in CRM" button from Outlook and no "Regarding"
entity is selected then email should be automatically attached to the contact
that has that email address.

Most emails are just to a contact. this way the emails would be visible
from the contact without having to attach to the contact for every email done
throughout the day.

I agree Larry. My users are VERY frustrated with how emails are tracked and
linked to underlying accounts/contacts. Did you find a fix or workaround?

My organization has upgraded from Goldmine and when an email was received,
it would lookup that address in the database for a match and when it was
found, it auto-linked to that company/contact. I would have thought this is
a universal CRM request.
