It seem to be impossible to assing a task to another user when you create and
manage task within outlook.
If I am in outlook and I click ont the task button of the CRM toolbar I can
add a regarding (the name of the account for which I have to do the task) and
put a subject and a due date
But...
It is impossible to and a time which is very annoying because the time is
used by CRM task
It is impossible to use the assing the task to another user with the outlook
button "assign task". I receive the message Assigned tasks are not supported
in Microsoft CRM. The item will not be linked to Microsoft CRM
I am very frustrated with this answer because I thought the integration was
better than in the past version (1.2) that we used !
Can somebody tell me how to solve these two problems ???
Thanks in advance
Didier
