My MS CRM tab disappeared from my CRM Appointment window in the Sales for
Outlook client. I am using Outlook 2003 and Windows XP Pro. How do I get
the tab back? I have cleared the forms cache --- but my forms do not appear
in the forms cache.

Lynn, try removing the CRM add-in and then re-adding it after
closing/restarting Outlook. Instructions follow:

Dave

1. Launch Outlook and go to Tools | Options.

2. Select the Other tab and select Advanced Options.

3. Select COM Addins.

4. Highlight Microsoft CRM Outlook Addin and note the location path below
it. (You may want to write this down since you will need it in step 13)

5. Select Remove to remove the Microsoft CRM Outlook Addin.

6. Select OK to all windows and close Outlook.

7. Launch Outlook and go to Tools | Options.

8. Select the Other Tab and select Advanced Options.

9. Select COM Addins. Select Add.

10. Navigate to the path from step 6 (If there was not one specified try
/Program Files/CRM/Client/Bin/crmaddin.dll)

14. Select OK to all windows. Close and re-launch Outlook.
