Addresses

Can anyone explain how the additional addresses on the Account and Contact
forms interact with the Address1 and Address2 on the main form? Coming from
a GP mentality, I would expect the 'main' address to be easily switched from
the other addresses.

What role do the additional addresses play with CRM (specifically 4.0), and,
if it is as limited as it looks, has anyone done anything to extend the
capabilities?

As far as I know, there is no function to 'switch' the addresses. These are
simply just text for addresses and first two addresses can be seen on the
form and the others are settle on the different view.

There's indeed no standard 'sync' between the more addresses and the 2
addresses on the main form...

If you would like to copy some of the "more addresses" to the form, you
could use standard workflow for that...

Unfortunately there is a bug in the code for MS CRM 4.0 which makes this
impossible...

Answer of Microsoft: This will be fixed in a later version of MS CRM, for
now you could write a plug in :-/
