When I edit the Case Form and modify the values on the Status Reason field,
my changes don't appear back in the case form under cases. I return to the
edit and my changes are there. I can preview them, just not use them. No
error messages given.

(MSCRM 1.2 GA - client is XP SP2 using IE to go to my MSCRM server.)

Found these steps in another thread. Let me give them a try.

1. change crm from -> save & close
2. go to deployment manager -> publish customization -> click 'Select All'
-> publish
3. restart IIS
