Is it possible to create an alert (email) every time a note is added to a
case. We have a team of engineers that work on a project and it would help
them to know if it has been updated.

Hi Jonh,
Yes, it is very much possible but requires some good programming skills to
develop and implement the solution. There are callouts in CRM. Using
callouts, email can be sent. I have sucessfully used callouts to send emails
on every new note on certain entities.
