What are the options of closing a mail activity when a customer replies to a
mail in CRM?
I have created a test enviornment wher a user gets a reply to the mail he
has sent to the customer and the mail comes in CRM and gets asosciated with
the respective record. The troube is it gets stored in my assigned or in
progress queue and I cannot figure out how to close this activity.
The options that i can see are:
Delete
Convert to Opportunity
Asign
Send
Reply etc.
What if want to close the activity????? is there any option that I am mising.
I do not want to see this as an open activity.
