Activity Customisation:Repost

Hi

I used the articles mentioned in one of the previous post
to make changes to the phonecall form. I saved the
form,published the customisation using deployment manager
and restarted the IIS , but i dont see the changes
reflecting in the screen , Please do help . I used the
code given below to locate the form

Also, can get to the form by:

Tasks:

http://crm/tools/formeditor/formeditor.aspx?
objecttypecode=134

To get to other forms, substitute the "134" above with the
code below...

I'm guessing that you can't see it in SFO. The changes
should be visible in web-client after publishing and
iisreset. In order to see the changes in SFO, you will
need to clear the Outlook forms cache:

1. From Microsoft Outlook Tool's menu, select Options.
2. Press the Other tab.
3. Select Advanced Options button.
4. Press the Custom Forms button.
5. Press the Manage Forms button.
6. Press Clear Cache button.
7. Select CRM Contact.
8. Press Clear Cache button.
9. Select CRM E-Mail.
10. Press Clear Cache button.
11. Select CRM Task.
12. Press Clear Cache button.
13. Close Outlook.
14. Restart Outlook.
