When you zoom into a specific account, the menu on the left displays under
Details the options of Information, More Addresses, Activites, and is
SUPPOSED to show History. When anyone in our org opens the Account window,
it briefly shows History in the right spot but then History disappears. No
one can get it to appear.

I have tried every imaginable security role modification and cannot get it
to appear. I even created a new Security Role titled "Everything" and turned
on access to every possible object entity to its fullest extent. After
setting a user to this role, same results.

How do I get the History sub-menu to appear in Accounts?

Hi Rocton,
It looks there is some JScript code in onLoad of the account form which is
hiding the history link. Contact your Administrator to check for onLoad
customization. There may be some other reason too.

Weird, but you're right on. There was some OnLoad scripting that made it
function that way. I appreciate the help!
