After I installed the CRM software i cannot add users
because I get a message that tells me that I do not have
security priviledges to run the user manager wizard.
Anyone have any ideas. I have checked all of the
permissions that i can find IIS, SQL, AD, wwwroot, and I
am not getting anywhere.

Help!

Did you assign a license to your admin user via the web app?

You need to ge thtat resolved first. The user you were logged in as when
you installed is given access to CRM and given Sytem Admin rights. That's
the only user that will have access. And it doesn't have a "license"
assigned to it, so the first thing that's needed it to assign a license to
it.

Check all the CRM services to see if they are running. You should also
check the event log on the CRM server to see if there is anything in there.

I installed CRM logged on as Administrator. I am not able
to gain access as the administrator. All of the services
are running and there are no error messages in the event
viewer. Any other ideas?
