Tthe merge functionality that comes with v3.0 may give you what you need.
If allows you to pick which values end up in the resulting record on a field
by field basis. However, once the merge is performed, there is no way to
back it out.

Ian is correct-I do have C360 SearchPac. That is what I'm using to merge
duplicate leads and contacts in our CRM. But it looks like there isn't a
way
to unmerge-any idea's if V3.0 will have a tool that can "un-merge" prior to
processing the complete merge option-almost like a "merge preview of the new
record?"
