1. you can archive any data you want, but it will no longer be accessible to
CRM.
2. CRM does not have an extensive audit trail - it tracks the created on/by
and last modified on/by for each record
3. CRM can be published using SSL if you must expose it to the internet.
otherwise, a vpn solution will be required and the users can authenticate to
AD that way, and access the CRM from inside the security of the vpn tunnel.
