Hi

Help says I can create a price list by opening the browser interface and
going to Settings->Settings->Product Catalog, but Product Catalog does not
appear even when loggedin as Administrator.

As MY user, I have added all the roles available and don't even get the
Settings option.

I'm a newbie to all of this, so please be gentle with me!

Thanks :-)

JB

Hi John,

Check a couple of things.

Is Outlook open at the same time?
Do you definitely have a security role with this privilege
Is your ID restricted access ? - Check the profile of the user

Peter.

Hi Pete

All clients are logged out of all interfaces - Outlook/IE.

On the actual server machine, I logon as Administrator and enter the IE
interface. Under Settings->Settings I get:

Business Unit Settings
Templates
Subjects
Relationship Roles
Organizational Settings
Sales Territories
Announcements
Sites
Business Closures

No mention of Product Catalog!

Since installing CRM, I have created 2 users (so now we have Administrator,
myself and one other user). I have made no changes to any roles, but when
creating the two users I made myself a member of ALL available roles.

However, I'm logging on as Administrator here and can't see the Product
Catalog option :(

Any ideas?

Thanks for your help!

I'm so close to dismantling CRM3 and going back to Business Contact Manager.

Despite a lot of research and investigation we still cannot create price
lists etc.
