Hi,

Can anyone advise on the server spec for running MS CRM for about 1400 cases
a day ?

I am also experincing problems with mails being held up by MS C-360 any
ideas ????

How many Accounts & Contacts will you have?

1,400 Cases/day will be fairly high volume. Sizing the DB server is the
key, not the app server. With moving the security into the DB, v3.0 seems
to place a heavier load on the SQL machine. I would exstimate out your
projected DB size over the next few years and then figure out what kind of
horsepower to throw at the DB. Consider 64-bit SQL & a lot of RAM though.

Matt - we (c360) only have one product (Email To Case) that deals with
