Hi Craig

You may find Google News alerts useful, they often contain news of a variety
of companies and their use of Microsoft CRM. Try this:

One are I know of is Associations. The are many associations across north
america who track their members and fees and services. A couple of companies
have produced addons to Microsoft CRM that specifically target these sectors
and have been pretty successful.

Today Microsoft CRM is an extendable platform meaning you can more or less
turn it into a product to support many sectors. As we go to the next
versions this ability will only get better. For instance you could write
addons to support the real estate industry for example where you product in
Microsoft CRM is not a piece of real estate.
