Microsoft Outlines Microsoft CRM 1.2 and Microsoft Great Plains 8.0 Product
Integration Roadmap
While reiterating commitment to its CRM solution, designed to meet the
unique needs of small and mid-market segment businesses; Microsoft® this
week provided additional clarity to its customers and business partners
regarding integration with its Microsoft Business Solutions - Great Plains
ERP solution. Specifically, it reinforced that integration between Microsoft
CRM 1.2 and Microsoft Business Solutions-Great Plains® 8.0 would be
available directly from Microsoft by the end of this calendar year. For
customers requiring immediate integration, Microsoft shared with partners
and customers that integration is available through partners Nolan Computers
and Scribe Software.
Hope this helps. Regards, Simon
