we are begening with ms crm (the french version).
how can we put the word files on line in a new database

Hello Erick

In CRM one way to add documents is in notes atachments.
You can also add documents in the Sales Literature section.

i should clarify

In CRM when you add a doc as a note attachment or to sales literature it is
stored in the CRM database.
