I tried loading CRM 1.0 on SBS '03 Premium, but it
failed. I was told my Microsoft Ssupport Engineer that
this version is not supported on SBS '03.

How do I obtain an upgrade to CRM 1.2 NFR?

Here is the orginal post in SBS 2003 Newsgroup:

Hi Rob,

If you are an MBS authorized partner who is not CRM Certified, you should
be receiving the V1.2 CRM CD's in the next week or so. Those CD's were
being shipped out this week, so depending whether yours were sent before
the New Years holiday and shipping schedules, you should get them next week
or the week after.

I hope this helps.

Thank you, Jeff,

I have access to MSDN and have downloaded the 1.2 CDs. However, I cannot
find any information anywhere on upgrading any of our license keys to 1.2
(Action Pack and purchased client add-ons).

Hi Jeff

We've just received our v1.2 CDs but there's no license key attached
with the UPS parcel. Where do we get the key?
