problem with reinstall - vb.2005

I bought another laptop and installed my VB.2005. When I try to open a
porject I get the following error.

Error retrieving informationm from user database. Platform not found.

Does anybody know what I'm missing with the new install?

The project likely targets an SDK you haven't installed (like WM 2005).
Install the SDK (or hand edit the project file).

I tried to run an application worked before and it goes into a command rompt
mode in th elower right section of my VB.2005. I seem to have another
problem.

I've found my own answer. It looks like the UI is setup differently. The
Pocket PC emulator was hidden.
