I'm having a devil of a time figuring this out. I need to create the
virtual directory to be used by SQL CE RDA as part of an Installshield
installation of our product, but I cannot get it to work properly. It
seems there is no way to have it create the directory with both Run
Scripts and Executables permissions set.

Has anyone done this? If so, any help you can give me would be greatly
appreciated!
