We have PocketPCs that are Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition and not
immediately upgradable to Windows Mobile 5.0.
If we develop SQLMobile applications with the new Visual Studio 2005 will we
be able to run them on these devices? I can run them fine now (VS2005 Beta
2) but I am not sure if this is OK for production in November when the
release of 2005 comes out.

Thank you

SQL Mobile and NETCF V2 are available for PPC 03 and VS 2005 supports PPC 03
development.

You should develop your application for PPC 03; it will run on WM 5.0.
