That's using one of those 800x480 displays that are primarily used in gaming
applications. We've looked at those before, too. They're nice. If you're
latched onto portrait mode, you'll have to contact the device vendor and see
if you can rotate the display. It's also not quite the size that you were
looking for.
10.4" diagonal displays are pretty common, but there are not a lot of LCDs
with the resolution that you're looking at and the measurements that you
want. Unless you're willing to build your own device, I don't think you're
going to find what you're looking for.
One of our partners has a screen size unit that might be close. I'm not
really familiar with that particular unit. If you want to email me, I'll
put you in touch with someone who can give you more information. It would
be best to let me know how many of these you need, where you're located,
what your price threshold is, etc.
