What is the recommended way of targeting other devices for
Pocket PC 2003 after installing the 2003 SDK? Selecting
the Build Cab menu creates cabs for 2002. Changing
the .ini file and using cabwiz? Also, How does one access
the 2003 emulator through the .Net IDE?

Thanks in advance.

Of the CAB files created ProjectName_PPC.ARMV4.cab can be deployed to a
Pocket PC 2003 device.

The Pocket PC SDK will install an additional choice in the targets combobox
within Visual Studio so you can select Pocket PC 2003 Emulator (as opposed
to the default of Pocket PC 2002 Emulator or Pocket PC Device) and deploy to
the emulator.

Thanks for the info.

After installing the 2003 SDK, the IDE only had the
original choices (Pocket Pc and Pocket PC 2003
7888888888Emulator)and no additional choice for 2003.

I figured it out. After reinstalling the SDK, I selected
the Deploy menu drop-down item. This brought up a set of
new devices as well as the old ones. The combo box now
works well for selecting the targets.
