Hi to everyone...

One question, is possible from a device with WM 5 or WM 6, when it's
cradled, for example launch and application that resides in the PC desktop ?
For example, when the user press a button into a form in pocket pc, that
launch notepad.exe...

You'd have to write a server app maybe a WCF web service that runs on the
desktop that the device calls to do this.

There is no pre-built framework or API for this as enabling a device to
remotely control a PC needs to be tightly controlled from a security
perspective.
