Hi Mikson,

Well, whenever Active Sync Starts, it brings will bring down the GPRS
connection. That is how it is designed. At one time there can be only 1
internet based connection (either GPRS or network connection). The reason
being when you send any internet request for example HTTP request, the system
then checks whether it is GPRS connection or Network connection (is started
when Active Sync starts).

For the time being just consider there is GPRS as well as Active Sync
connection available. Then the system will be confused on which connection
HTTP request should be send to. Therefore, whenever an active sync is
started, GPRS connection is brought down.

Hope you get the idea what I am trying to say. correct me if I am wrong.

Hi and thanks!

Ok, I understand. This problem nerver occured with my other device: Qtek
1010 (XDA I) and PPC 2002.
Any ideas how to maintain the GPRS-connection?
As a matter of fact, I really dont need ActiveSync at all. Is there any way
to remove ActiveSync? I tried to disable it in options/... but when I connect
my GPS the GPRS still goes down!
