Can I write ado.net apps that would run on this device;

If yes, is an emulator available?

If the .NET Compact Framework is or can be installed, yes. Otherwise no.

It has pocket PC 2002 and windows 2003 mobile on it, does this help in

John,

I would assume that you can install .NET Compact Framework on it and code
towards the compact framework with VS 2003.
