Ditto of what Miha said.
If your application is a standard desktop app, then I am glad you can't
fiddle with other's GAC (That would be a security breach).
For a webfarm, or even otherwise - say in a corporate setup, look at
Application Center 2000 to replicate GAC over multiple computers.
